Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.

A let runs from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Short lets can be discussed.

A deposit of 20% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within this period then the full rental is immediately due.

We advise our guests to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.

A cot, high chair, stair gate and fireguard can be supplied at request but please supply your own cot linen. Babysitting is generally available by arrangement.

Well behaved dogs may be allowed by arrangement.

Under the terms of our insurance Little Canwood House is a non smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a cost of £200 for cleaning.
